Delete your account

The quickest way is in the app: open Settings, then Delete account. No app to hand? Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to confirm.

The email you sign in with, or another one you have confirmed in the app.

You can delete your biolockr account at any time. There's no sign-in on this website: you delete from the app, or ask for it here by email.

In the app

Open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. Your account stops working straight away.

Without the app

Enter the email address you sign in with, or another address you have confirmed in the app, in the form on this page. If an account uses that address, we email it a link to confirm. The link works once, for 60 minutes, and nothing is deleted until you open it and confirm. We give the same answer whichever address you enter, so this page never says whether an account exists.

What deleting removes

  • Your account, and biolockr's connection to the Apple or Google account you sign in with.
  • Every person you keep records for, and their details.
  • Every record: documents and photos, records your clinicians sent, visit recordings, their transcripts and summaries.
  • Every share link and QR code. They stop working straight away.

It can't be undone

Once your account is deleted, we can't restore it or anything in it. If you want a copy of your records, download it in the app first.

What we keep

A short note that an account was deleted and when, with none of your records in it, so we can show the deletion happened. Anything else the law requires us to keep, and for how long, will be listed here before launch.
