Signing in

biolockr uses Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google, so there's no biolockr password to reset. If you can't get in, check that you're using the same Apple or Google account you used before.

Records from your clinic aren't arriving

Clinics that use Mohair Notes send records to the email address you use in biolockr. Check that your clinic has that exact address. If your clinic doesn't use Mohair Notes, ask them for a copy and add it yourself as a photo or PDF.

A summary looks wrong

Summaries are written by software and may contain mistakes. Compare the summary with the original document or what was said, and check anything important with your clinician.

Stopping a share

Open the share in the app and revoke it. The link and its QR code stop working straight away.
